Payment Schedule: Please make all checks payable to Episcopal Homes. Childcare fees must be paid in advance for the upcoming week. Payments are due each Friday prior to the upcoming week. A late fee of $5.00 will be assessed for all accounts not paid on time. You may pay monthly or several weeks at a time, provided you are paying in advance. Late fees are added to tuition balances. You will be asked to withdraw from Kinder Village if your account becomes one week past due, Delinquent accounts are sent to collections. A $30 fee will be charged for each check returned due to insufficient funds.

Rate Increase: We have an annual rate increase every September.

Attendance: Parents must sign their child in and out of the center each day. Rates are based on spaces reserved for your child. Because rooms and faculty are provided whether or not your child actually attends, your weekly fees remains the same each week. No credit is given for sick days missed. The center opens at 6:30am and promptly closes at 6:00pm. Please allow enough time to leave the center before closing time. A late fee of $1 per child per minute applies for each minute the child is in the center are closing until the child leaves. Children are allowed to attend Kinder Village for a maximum of 10 hours a day.

Center Holidays:  Kinder Village is closed on the major holidays which include: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Easter Monday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the Friday following Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, the center will be closed on the Friday before the holiday or the Monday after the holiday. These are paid holidays; normal fees apply for the weeks when these holidays occur. We also have four staff development days planned for 2023 if a staff development day falls on a day in which you have care, we will try to accommodate switching a day of care that week.

Discounts: There is a 10% sibling discount on the oldest child's tuition. There is a 20% discount for Episcopal Homes employees.

Withdrawal: Two weeks' written notice must be given to the Director when a parent or guardian wishes to terminate care. Failure to comply will result in the assessment of a fee equal to two weeks of the child's current tuition.
